The Foundation of Live Well Coaching Wellness Programs:
  1. Population Health Management - Participating employees take an annual confidential, online health assessment. We then customized health promotions to address specific goals/challenges your company and employees face. (Phase two could include reaching into employees' homes.)
  2. Medical Self-Care - Our health partners & experts provide the latest in self-care. We also focus on alternative & complementary medicine, plus stress management.
  3. Health Promotion & Education - Includes internal promotion, prevention & consumer health education through seminars or Lunch 'n' Learns. E-Learning is also available.
  4. Confidential Coaching - Individual coaching and wellness planning for C-Level or selected employees guiding positive behavior change.
Does Coaching Really Work?

I work with individuals and groups to generate breakthroughs in health & well-being. Loosing weight, reducing stress, creating fitness, learning about nutrition and making positive health decisions are specific results available to you!

But what if you or your employees have 'tried it before' with disappointing results?

With effective coaching you clarify your commitments and invent new opportunities for actions and results that you didn't "see" before.

Coaching: My coaching sessions have three purposes:
  1. Goal Setting: Setting reachable goals enabling each participant to produce dramatic results.
  2. Accountability: holding participants to account for keeping their word in the areas of results, education, and deadlines.
  3. Coaching: This is working with people through the process. Many companies call it motivation. I distinguish it as a coaching relationship in which the participants self-generate and sustain the program for themselves.


Elements of Live Well Healing & Coaching Wellness Programs:

We use the program framework soon to be released by the Center for Disease Control for small to medium-sized businesses.
  1. Your customized program targets nutrition, fitness, stress, weight, health, all prioritized by you and your employees.
  2. Our six step process:
    1. Management team engagement
    2. Employee Interest Survey plus a Worksite Wellness Assessment (What do you do now?)
    3. Develop & coordinate a Wellness Committee
    4. Employee Health Assessment
      1. We also request information from your company i.e. absentee rate, workers' comp. claims, health claims data, etc.
    5. Programming for the Worksite
      1. Selecting/creating targeted programs
      2. Marketing and implementation
      3. Monitor progress & make updates
      4. Support behavioral change with group or individual coaching
    6. Evaluating the Program
      1. We'll tell you what worked best and areas needing improvement
